Originator Incubator was founded by Mike Merriam, a 25 year veteran mortgage originator, executive, and coach, and is supported by numerous top producing loan officers, managers, and executives.
We have distilled down the principles of success in the mortgage business and have mapped out that knowledge in the most functional way for loan officers at any and all production levels to digest and implement.
Mike currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for a Top 8 National Mortgage Company, coaches hundreds of loan officers and branch managers, and has built the largest Mortgage & Real Estate Partnership Program in the United States.
